One piece. CNC prototypes have no tooling cost, so a single part is a valid order. Unit price drops at 10, 50 and 100 pcs because setup is amortised.
Yes. Send your NDA or use our template; the signed copy is returned before any file is opened. The partner factory only receives the data required to manufacture the part.
Standard lead time is 3–7 working days after drawing approval, including inspection. Rush builds are possible when the partner factory has capacity — ask before ordering and we will confirm in writing.
DIN/ISO 2768-m is the default; 2768-f is available on request. Critical features can be held to ±0.02 mm after review. Every tight callout is confirmed against the drawing before production, not after.
STEP and IGES for 3D, PDF or DWG for 2D callouts, plus STL for printing. ZIP archives up to 100 MB are fine. If a format is unusual, email it and we will confirm.
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP. On DDP the price includes freight and duty to your door; on other terms the importer pays duty and tax. The quote states the term explicitly.
Bank transfer with 50% deposit and balance before shipment for production orders. Card or PayPal for orders under $2,000. Purchase orders are accepted from repeat customers.
