We turn drawings into parts — and keep you in the loop
A prototype order fails in the gaps: a question nobody asked, a tolerance nobody checked, a shipment nobody tracked. Our job is to close those gaps and put one person’s name against them.
A small team that reads drawings for a living
We quote and manage prototyping work for hardware teams outside China. The person who answers your first email is an engineer, not a sales inbox, and that same person stays on the project through inspection and shipping.
That continuity is the whole service. When a wall is too thin, a thread has nowhere to go or a tolerance stack will not close, you hear it before the material is cut — in the language of the drawing, with a suggestion attached.
We keep the scope narrow on purpose: prototypes and low-volume parts where the geometry is still moving and the deadline is real. Everything we quote is manufactured through ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and ISO 13485 certified partner factories in Dongguan & Shenzhen — the review, the schedule and the paperwork stay with us.
Four steps, one owner
Manufacturing is carried out by ISO-certified partner factories in Dongguan & Shenzhen. The review, the schedule and the paperwork stay with us.
- Step 01
Your files
STEP, IGES, PDF or DWG with quantities, finish and the dimensions that cannot move. No account, no gate.
- Step 02
DFM review
An engineer reads the geometry and the callouts, flags what will cost money, and prices the part within 24 hours.
- Step 03
Production at a partner factory
The work runs at an ISO-certified partner factory in Dongguan or Shenzhen, matched to the process and the tolerance.
- Step 04
QC & shipping
Critical features measured, photos taken, documents issued, then the parcel is booked on the term you approved.
You should know who is making the part
“Partner factory” is not a euphemism for a black box. It means a named supplier with a current certificate, a known machine list and an inspection routine we have watched run. Here is how that relationship is managed.
- Selection. A factory is used only after its certificate is verified against the issuing body, its machine list matches the work, and it can trace material lots back to the mill.
- Progress. The production schedule is tracked against the quoted date. Photo updates are available at first-off and before packing, without asking twice.
- Spot checks. Incoming material, the first part off the machine and a random sample before shipment are checked by our side — not only by the factory’s own QC.
Four things you can hold us to
Each one is checkable on the order, not a value statement on a website.
2-hour first response
Enquiries that arrive between 09:00 and 18:00 GMT+8 get an answer from an engineer within two hours. Quotes follow within 24 hours.
The lead time we quoted
The date is written on the quote and tied to drawing approval. If the partner factory slips, you hear it from us before the date passes — not after.
Rework or refund
If a dimension is out of tolerance because of our process, we remake the part or refund it. The inspection record decides the question, not a conversation.
NDA before files move
Sign ours or send your own. Drawings are stored against your project only, shared with the partner factory on a need-to-manufacture basis, and deleted on request.
